I was disappointed with the room size. it felt smaller than advertised, and maneuvering around the furniture proved difficult. the bathroom was also a letdown. I noticed visible limescale on the shower glass and overall it lacked proper ventilation..

I appreciated how supportive the staff was. They helped us find parking and answered every question with kindness. our room was charming and super clean. From our window, a glimpse of the cathedral was visible. it was like a dream, so tender and idealistic.
I encountered a minor issue with the ventilation system. It was a bit noisy and made sleep a little difficult.

I appreciated the quick walk from the main train station. The staff was available to help with any questions I had. The breakfast had many options.. especially the cappuccino. The room was very clean and the bed proved quite comfortable.

the location was excellent, just a short walk to many attractions. breakfast had a good selection of sweet and savory items (i especially liked the cornetto). the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. i was able to leave my bags before check-in to enjoy the day.
